I wanted first of all, to thank everyone once again for your wonderful, kind, and very thoughtful comments in the previous post. Our loved one did pass away, and we're starting to gradually return to, or at least trying to return to, a normal state of being. In other words, I'm trying to find my 'spark' again! It's there...I can feel it, and know it won't be long till I'm myself again...although I think it will be a slightly different version of 'myself'....one that, along with my family, is learning to walk a new path...in a very new reality.
Love to you all...and Happy May!!! ♥

Many good wishes to you, dear Jessica, and to your family; I hope you will soon find a new, peaceful normality.
I am so sad to read about your loss. It IS hard to feel "normal" after these events...so be kind to yourself.
Happy May to you, too!

Hello Jessica:
We are so sad for you and hold you close in our hearts. Time, as they say, is a great healer but for now you must give yourself the space to grieve.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Take the greatest of care!
I am so sorry, I somehow missed your previous post
Iam sending you an all enveloping hug from across the pond.
Very sorry for your loss. I hope that time does heal, and I imagine your gentle, cheerful self will be helping all around you.
Jane&Lance~ Thank you for your warm and caring thoughts...it seems so obvious, but it didn't occure to me that feeling so exhausted and sparkless is also part of the grieving process, not just the sadness...it all goes together...and yes, time is already helping in a way, if only because it allows for the grieving. xo
Tabitha~ Your wonderful hug has worked wonders, thank you...xo
LPC~ What a sweet thing to say, thank you...I'm touched and cheered by your gentle words. xo
To 'All' above...I dearly miss you, and my visits with you...I think it would be good for my semi-hermitness to start stepping out a bit. I believe, thanks in a very great part to you, that the fog is starting to lift a bit! ♥
Can one say thank you too many times? xoxo
So sorry for your loss....You're spark will return...you'll get there..I promise...

Ivy
