Where It All Begins

We had found a wonderful piece of property in a little city just north of Seattle called Lake Forest Park. A perfect name given that it sits at the north end of Lake Washington and there are trees galore...everywhere!

We'll explore what was sitting on the piece of property another time! The wonderfulness, which I didn't quite notice or appreciate at first (because I was focused on what was sitting on the property), came from all of the beautiful trees, flowering shrubs (gigantic butterfly bushes), grapevines and ferns that covered about half of the land.

And thank goodness my husband saw passed what was sitting on that little 1/4 acre piece of heaven, because without his vision...we would've missed living in a place that we both grew to love dearly.

A place that you could build your dream home and feel as if you were miles away from the city.

What a heavenly oasis. The property looks absolutely peaceful and so lush and full of life. What a beautiful time of year to be getting ready to move in. And such a warm welcome from the land that knew you'd be happy there. Trina
