Christmas blessings to all...hope everyone had a lovely and special time with family and friends. A crazy flu bug decided to visit a good portion of our family (myself being a part of that portion) almost two weeks ago and it made for quite an exhausting and challenging pre-Christmas time, but none the less...we managed to pull off two amazing family get together's and actually had our first ever Christmas Eve dinner here at 24C. Miss. Ginger even dressed up for the occasion and brought smiles and warm hearts to everyone.
We're all extremely pooped now and taking a much needed rest. I hope to post a bit more in the coming weeks now that I'm feeling better and have some time off from teaching.
Thinking of you all, and so thankful for your friendships...Merry Christmas!

Oh...Ginger looks so darling in her Christmas finery! I have an outfit similar for Harvey but he's way too fat for it. I hope you had a nice Christmas.
Nita..I bet Harvey looked adorable in his Santa outfit! Ginger loves wearing hers...thank goodness, I'd hate for her to feel all silly and everything...I think it's cozy for her.
We did have a nice Christmas...and I'm looking forward to a nice relaxing 'after Christmas' now...so exhausted.

Have a wonderful break from teaching. My SIL is here and is a teacher for first graders. You both have such specials roles and the horrible event in CT highlighted the amazing qualities of teachers. We have a few here that are down with bad colds so I understand how it affects the holidays. Time to rest up for the next couple of days.
